Adam Milne As Mohammad Amir’s Replacement For T20 Blast

T20 Blast is oping today 9th June 2021. Pakistani sensation Mohammad Amir will not play with Kent due to the rescheduling of the rest of the PSL 6, the club said on Tuesday. New Zealander Adam Milne has been recruited as a replacement for this upcoming tournament T20 Blast.

Milne will join the Kent Spitfires squad ahead of their clash against Somerset on 28 June. This will be his fourth stint with the club. So far, Milne has won 38 wickets in 28 T20 Blast games for the club and also holds her T20 bowling record of 5/11, set against Somerset in 2017. According to the T20 Blast matches schedule the tournament-opening match will start on 09 June 2021. “I love being a Spitfire and I'm really happy that the opportunity presents itself to me to return to Kent for the fourth time,” said Milne. “It will be nice to see familiar faces in the locker room, but I'm looking forward to working with the new talents who have joined me since my last stint in 2019”.
